The Law Offices of Kathleen M. Scanlon PLLC provide legal representation for clients in business disputes that are being resolved through arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes.

For clients using ADR as a business tool for dispute resolution, we offer a unique brand of sophisticated lawyering and advocacy.

Kathleen Scanlon also serves as an arbitrator and mediator for commercial-based disputes. Ms. Scanlon is a member of the CPR Panels of Distinguished Neutrals and author of the Mediator’s Deskbook (1999), a guidebook used in mediator training programs.

The law offices have been certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). WBENC is dedicated to advancing the success of certified women's business enterprises, government agencies and corporate members in partnership with its affiliated women's business organizations.
